Digital Printing

Digital colour printing is produced on our HP Indigo Digital Press.  The Indigo system is unique. The system uses liquid ink rather than toner. The printed sheets leave the press dry without the use of fusing heat and there is no oil residue on the printed sheets.

This revolutionary technology produces exceptional results. The finished prints have the "feel" of Litho Printing rather than photocopies. There are no problems laminating or encapsulating the finished print and no cracking of the print from the paper on fold lines. The machines are able to print on a wide range of paper weights.

Personalised Colour Printing

Our Digital colour presses can work much as lithographic presses producing the same print again and again. Using the machine as a low volume press does not exploit the main advantage Digtial has over litho. This is the fact that every print the machine produces can be completely different from the print before and the print following. The marketing potential of fully personalised documents is enourmous.

We are at the vanguard of personalised print technology. Experience show that mailshots which use this type of technology are considerably more effective than un-personalised or even conventionally personalised mailshots. Generally, the more "personal" the letter appear the greater is the response.
